After calling every single pediatric dentist in Myrtle Beach, Sawgrass took us in on an emergency visit. Our almost two year old busted one of his front teeth while we were on vacation and I was desperate to find someone to fix it or pull it. Once I got through to Sawgrass, they took us in immediately and were so kind and loving towards him and even me, who had a difficult time holding back tears seeing my baby going through all of this. The dentist was so comforting and she told me stories of her own motherly experiences with her children and tragic unexpected emergencies even while on vacation! She made me feel so comfortable and even my son, who never accepts love from anyone, was hugging her on his way back from his tooth being pulled. I am so thankful for how they treated us and would recommend them to anybody, especially anyone with an unexpected vacation disaster! Thank you so much for everything you did for us. Our kids had their first visit today and it went so well!! All of the staff is incredibly friendly and caring. We are so lucky to have found your office and very grateful for the recommendation we received from others to go here as well!! Update: Both of my kids have had additional procedures and each time the hygienists, assistants, and Dr. Ryan have been awesome. They took special care to explain everything to them in kid friendly ways to ease their fears, “cleaned” my daughter’s baby doll’s teeth while she was waiting for hers to be finished, etc.
